The process for registering a CC is as follows:

• You need to provide us with the name that you would like your CC registered as. We suggest that you provide us with more than one name in the event of your 1st choice not getting approved. Also advise us what type of business your CC will be doing.
• Once your name has been approved we will email you the name approval letter. All members will then have to sign a CK1 form and return it back to us so the CC can be registered. We will require all members full names, ID numbers, physical and postal address.
• You require an accounting officers consent letter in order to register a CC, if you do not have one then we can provide one for you at the extra cost of R150.00.
• Once your CC has been registered we will send you the registration documents.
